Overview

Taba ("the App") is a Tabata interval timer for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Short version: Taba does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.

Data Collected and Stored

All data created in the App is stored locally on your device only using Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults). This includes:

Workout configurations (name, intervals, rounds, notes)
Session history (completed workouts, duration, date)
App settings (theme, language, sounds, haptics, reminders)
Premium subscription status

None of this data is sent to any server or shared with any third party.

Local Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, the App schedules a local notification on your device. This notification is generated entirely on-device and does not involve any network communication or external service.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional Premium subscription processed entirely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Taba does not see, store, or process any payment information. All billing is handled by Apple.

Third-Party Services

Taba does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting SDKs. No data is shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
